HOW I FOUND THE MIC
I grew up around Lagos rooms that ran on presence: family celebrations where someone had to gather the cousins, church programmes that needed a clear voice, community nights that fell apart if the energy dipped. I learned early that hosting isn’t performing at people — it’s keeping everyone in the same story.
Maryland became home base. The craft sharpened across corporate briefs and white-wedding run-of-shows, brand launches that needed polish without stiffness, and galas where timing is the difference between elegant and awkward. Ten years on, the work is still the same bargain: you trust me with the room; I protect the night.
